Transition from Sage 100 Contractor v18 to v19: Scenario 1

Running version 18.x, run Payroll through Sage 100 Contractor, Fiscal close between 10/31/13 and 1/31/14 (have not received Journal Adjustments, but have created yearend archives)

Recommendation:

Upgrade to the most recent version of Sage 100 Contractor version 18 to benefit from the latest tax tables
When the Journal Adjustments are available for the year end, enter them in the current year to Period 0, Post to Archive, as you have done in the past
In April, sign up for one of the Syscon Web events covering the significant changes between version 18 and version 19. These sessions will be hosted by Larry Wendt, Director of Business Development at Syscon, Inc.
After completing one of the Syscon online comparison presentations, upgrade to Sage 100 Contractor version 19
