Ready or not, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is here. AI isn’t new, but with the release of Copilot in February 2024, it is now accessible to everyone in a very practical way. For years, AI has been part of our programmers’ lives, saving tons of time. For the rest of us, Machine Learning (ML) and AI are part of many of the tools we’ve learned to rely on in our businesses and personal life.
Maybe you plan to ignore it – you won’t be able to. Maybe you want to re-tool everything and use it everywhere – not realistic and not appropriate. One or more of your team members is probably already using AI in their work, so this is a great time to consider your company’s policy. Let’s have a practical discussion about AI and our businesses.
