So why can’t I just upgrade to the next version like I’ve done for years? Bottom line? This is a separate program, not just an ‘update.’ When you install a new program on your server, and this is no different, you need to know if you have enough space to install it and are there restrictions as to where it can be installed, for starters; we’ll cover this! Then what happens when you launch the software; what needs to be setup and configured? We’ll cover this, too. What about all my datasets from prior years and/or other companies? This is VERY important and we’ll cover this, too! Lastly, will all of my Sage 100C reports work; what about Crystal reports, Sage Paperless, Sage Service, Syscon Custom Programs? We’ll cover all of this, as well.
