What is the difference between the Supervisor and Supervisor Approver roles in FIT?
A Supervisor can batch-enter daily or weekly hours for their entire crew at once and view crew GPS punches, without approving payroll entries. A Supervisor Approver (enabled with the optional Sign-Off add-on) reviews and signs off on crew hours and reimbursable expenses in mobile or browser before Payroll Admin runs the 1-click import into Sage 100 Contractor.
Do GPS start/stop punches overwrite the job-cost hours sent to payroll?
No. GPS start, stop, and optional lunch or photo punches give supervisors and payroll admins location and distance visibility from the jobsite without automatically overwriting or interfering with your reviewed job-cost and payroll hours.
Can field employees submit job receipts and per diems through the FIT System?
Yes. Field staff snap receipt photos right from their phone, attach job-cost details, route them through optional expense sign-off, and import reimbursable expenses cleanly into Sage 100 Contractor Payroll alongside their weekly hours.
