Do NOT Change Bank Info by Email

A client received several email requests to change bank routing info – and they were fraudulent!

We can’t emphasize enough – do not accept any electronic, fax, or mailed requests for bank changes; not for Vendors, Clients, or Employees. All financial changes MUST be a phone call that you initiate with a contact person you know.

Please Stay Safe! If you receive anything odd, call us and we’ll take a look, of course. Be ‘wise as serpents’ especially when it comes to protecting against financial fraud. – CMW
